Key Account Regional Sales Manager
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs.
- Sales Strategy: Create and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the unique requirements of each key account, identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration.
- Sales Team Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team, providing direction, support, and motivation to ensure that sales targets are met.
- Training & Development: Mentor and support USM and ASM sales team, sharing best practices and strategies for effective key account management, and facilitating ongoing training.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and working collaboratively with other internal teams to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform sales strategies.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and forecasts to share with senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field from a reputable university; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on key account operation management or similar roles.
- Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in leading and managing a FMCG sales team is a must.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive informed decision-making.
- Willingness to travel as required.
