  • Identify, contact, and meet potential and existing clients to understand their needs and grow the business.
  • Record and manage sales opportunities on the company's ERP system in accordance with SLAs.
  • Price solutions professionally and consistently in line with the approved pricing strategy, discount schemes, and profitability margins.
  • Co-design, execute, and adhere to the sales activities plan in alignment with the Sales Manager.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts and LOAs with prospects and clients according to the company's guidelines.
  • Liaise with internal functions, including marketing (campaigns), operations (program delivery), and finance (pricing approvals), to ensure seamless execution.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, communicating their needs to internal teams (e.g., customized proposals, technical solutions, program reports) within agreed SLAs.
  • Ensure client experience meets the company's standards by strictly adhering to guidelines and processes.
  • Prepare, review, and proofread proposals, including RFPs, SOWs, and LOAs, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  • Document and share all relevant client and program information with concerned parties and ensure the Program Information Sheet is sent within SLAs.
  • Proactively and professionally handle any client-related issues.
  • Assist in preparing sales-related reports for management and issue client reports upon request.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field from a reputable university.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales
  • Previous exposure to Learning & Development (L&D) is preferred.
  • Selling Skills (Hunting, Prospecting, Lead Generation, Presenting).
  • CRM Usage and Forecasting.
  • Planning Sales Activities (Pipeline Management).
  • Reporting and Data Analysis.
  • Negotiation Skills.
  • Ability to develop based on feedback and coaching.
