Support the AG sales team with administrative, technical, and operational tasks.
Prepare accurate and timely quotations, pricing proposals, and technical support documents.
Coordinate with procurement, operations, technical, and finance teams to ensure proposal accuracy and smooth order execution.
Provide technical and product support, including specifications, presentations, and documentation.
Stay updated on agricultural products, solutions, and industry trends to support sales initiatives.
Support the full sales order process from order placement to delivery by following up on delivery schedules, order status, and client feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, or related field from a reputable university.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the sales support field, preferably within agricultural products, including customer service and operations.
Ability to prepare pricing, quotations, and technical support documents.
