Business Development Associate
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients across the GCC region to expand the firm’s client base within targeted industries and sectors.
Outreach & Engagement: Initiate contact through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking to introduce the firm’s HR consultancy solutions and value proposition.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule and set qualified meetings between prospective clients and senior consultants or business leaders to present tailored HR solutions.
Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized sales pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking of outreach activity, meeting status, and lead progression.
Collaboration with Consulting Team: Work closely with senior business development and consulting teams to align outreach efforts and ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- 1-3 years of experience.
- Proficiency in Specific Skills / Tools (e.g., Excel, CRM, Languages).
- English & Arabic Fluency.
- Excellent Power point & Excel skills.
- Business Development experience in a consultancy firm is
a plus.
