      Strategic leadership:

    Compliance and governance:

  • Ensure all HR practices comply with relevant labor laws and regulations. 

    Organizational development:

  • Oversee change management and help shape the organizational structure to support business strategy. 
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
  • A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in managing teams, projects, and individuals is essential.
  • Extensive, in-depth knowledge of all HR functions.
