  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
  • Promote and sell the company’s products/solutions to existing and potential clients.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers during the sales process.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to close deals successfully.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates for management.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth strategy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree of engineering Mechanical/electrical DEP from a reputable university.
  • 4 - 7 years of experience in a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical knowledge, sales and negotiation skills, ability to build and maintain relationship with the client, has knowledge in selling to contractors and projects is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
