Account Executive
Sales & Business Development:
• Achieve assigned revenue and portfolio growth targets.
• Identify and qualify leads through networking, referrals, CRM, digital tools, and cold calling.
• Conduct meetings to understand client needs and propose tailored training solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and customized proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals within pricing and margin guidelines.
Client Relationship Management:
• Maintain long-term relationships with assigned accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Follow up to convert proposals into signed agreements.
• Anticipate client needs to upsell and cross-sell.
• Document all activities and updates on CRM.
Internal Coordination & Handover:
• Coordinate with Client Relations, Planning, and Technical teams for smooth program delivery.
• Ensure complete handover documentation, including scope, expectations, and timeline.
Reporting & Pipeline Management:
• Maintain an accurate and updated sales pipeline on CRM.
• Submit weekly forecasts and monthly reports covering:
o CRM input
o Dashboard status
o Task List/Planner updates
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field from a reputable university.
• 1–2 years of experience (preferably in sales).
• Experience in B2B service selling, ideally within the Learning & Development or Training
industry.
• knowledge of Project Management.
• Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining quality control.
• Dynamic with a passion for people development.
• Sharp business acumen is a plus.
