Design and Deliver technical enablers and capabilities including external dependencies and cross-domains. Collaborate with business to capture roadmap and identify missing technical capabilities. Ensure and facilitate business solution and implementation compliance to digital architecture standards. Scout new technologies, systems, and vendors to enable missing digital capabilities and to manage technology obsolescence. Manage vendor and virtual teams to deliver targets and KPIs. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university. Minimum 7 years of IT experience with at least 2 years in an equivalent role, preferably in the telecommunication industry. Demonstrate experience that spans multi-disciplinary areas such as middleware, application and digital development, customer relation management, enterprise architecture, information analysis, Data, and Data Modeling. Synergy and cross-exposure to modern architecture, data modeling, cloud computing, DevOps, data science analysis, security, and artificial intelligence. Willingness and ability to innovate technology: scouting, screening evaluation, and handling implications. Design of web-scale and cloud-native architectures. Quickly grasp business and market needs with co-design mode with the business. Working with agile methodologies Scrum or Kanban. Proven ability to deliver long-term solutions and architecture from conception to completion. Proven experience in managing virtual team, and vendors.
