Apply for this job First Basic information Job role Event Management Career level Management (6-10 years) People Second Description Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong communication and building long-term partnerships Manage the full event lifecycle, from initial strategy development to on-site execution and post-event reporting Lead a team of event coordinators, producers, and designers to deliver exceptional event experiences Develop comprehensive event plans and timelines, ensuring all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget Monitor event budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial reports to clients Identify new opportunities to expand the scope of services and grow existing client accounts Stay up-to-date on industry trends, innovations, and best practices to provide strategic counsel to clients Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments (e.g., creative, production, logistics) to ensure seamless event delivery Attend industry events and networking functions to build brand awareness and cultivate new business leads Requirements Bachelor's degree from a reputable university. Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role. Fluency in English is a must. Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
