Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs and ensuring consistent communication throughout the event lifecycle.
Business Development: Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Proposal Development: Create and present tailored proposals, quotes, and presentations to prospective and existing clients.
Event Coordination Support: Work closely with the internal production, creative, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of client events.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and close deals with clients while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.
Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems and provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership.
Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to help shape strategic direction and offerings.
Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Fluency in English is a must.
Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
