Description
  • Drive B2B sales growth in the lighting engineering segment (commercial, residential, industrial, infrastructure).
  • Oversee bid preparation, project quotations, and tender participation, ensuring technical and commercial competitiveness
  • Act as the technical and commercial point of contact for key accounts, managing complex lighting projects end-to-end.
  • Build strong relationships with MEP consultants, electrical contractors, architects, lighting designers, and facility owners.
  • Ensure all solutions comply with client needs, applicable lighting standards (IES, EN, LEED), and energy efficiency benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with product, procurement, logistics, and design departments to ensure project deliverables are met on time.
  • Ensure technical alignment between client requirements and internal capabilities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architecture Engineering from a reputable university.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in lighting, electrical, or engineering B2B sales sectors.
  • Proven expertise in project-based sales, lighting systems, energy efficiency solutions, control systems (e.g., DALI, KNX), and lighting standards (IES, EN, LEED).
  • Has Relationship with Contractors (is a must).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office suite.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
