Drive B2B sales growth in the lighting engineering segment (commercial, residential, industrial, infrastructure).
Oversee bid preparation, project quotations, and tender participation, ensuring technical and commercial competitiveness
Act as the technical and commercial point of contact for key accounts, managing complex lighting projects end-to-end.
Build strong relationships with MEP consultants, electrical contractors, architects, lighting designers, and facility owners.
Ensure all solutions comply with client needs, applicable lighting standards (IES, EN, LEED), and energy efficiency benchmarks.
Collaborate with product, procurement, logistics, and design departments to ensure project deliverables are met on time.
Ensure technical alignment between client requirements and internal capabilities.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architecture Engineering from a reputable university.
3 - 5 years of experience in lighting, electrical, or engineering B2B sales sectors.
Proven expertise in project-based sales, lighting systems, energy efficiency solutions, control systems (e.g., DALI, KNX), and lighting standards (IES, EN, LEED).
Has Relationship with Contractors (is a must).
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office suite.
Fluency in English is a must.
Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
