  • Assist in the planning and execution of daily operational activities to meet company objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on events, productions, and other projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
  • Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality service delivery.
  • Monitor operational metrics and prepare reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Address inquiries and resolve issues from clients and partners, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements in all operational processes.
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and implement best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 2 - 4 Years of relevant Experience.
  • Previous experience in events ( concerts, exhibitions, corporate events).
  • Preferably a Male.
  • Preferably own a car.
