Data Capabilities (Analytics and BI) : Leveraging advanced data analytics tools and machine learning to provide insights , dashboards and support decision
Data Architecture: Designing and managing data architecture to ensure it supports the organization’s data needs effectively and efficiently.
Innovation and Data Use: Ensuring seamless interaction and engaging customer across touch points (Omni-channel), emerging technologies AI – machine learning)
Customer Data Management: Optimize customer data for personalized experiences and improved customer service.
Analytics and Data Science: Develop predictive models and innovative data solutions
Data Security and Privacy: Protect data and ensure compliance with privacy laws GDPR , etc..
Data Operations: Manage daily data operations and integration processes.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related major from a reputable university.
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience preferrably in Telecommunication or IT Consulting.
