Description

Business Financial Services Strategy:

●  Responsible for setting Business Financial Services strategy, growth and revenue contribution.

●  Ensures effective strategy execution is done through cross-functional collaboration

 Product Management:

●  Manages the company's B2B FS product portfolio life cycle from strategic planning, Commercial design, and tactical activities to all business segments.

●  Accountable for customer segmentation for the B2B market

●  Accountable for all business product propositions, marketing and go-to-market deliverables.

●  From the business side and shall coordinate related activities for the consumer through the consumer team.

Business Development:

●  Drive marketing, business development and sales teams activities to deliver on sales and revenue targets.

●  Setting the sales strategy and forecasting revenue through owning opportunity management activities end to end.

●  Liaise with all internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure new products successful launch of all propositions.

Market & Competitive Positioning:

●  Market research/competitive analysis to decide the latest features/propositions to be implemented on the product following up to achieve it.

Requirements

●    Bachelor degree in business, marketing or relevant field from a reputable university.

●    10 years of experience in high-tech/fintech industry.

●    Strong knowledge of the Egyptian Enterprise B2B market.

●    Excellent Technical knowledge of fintech technology and trends as well as business development/sales strategies.

●    Excellent knowledge of product life cycle.

●    Excellent quantitative data analysis and critical thinking skills.

●    Deep understanding of Digital business Sales/marketing.

●    Excellent understanding of financial constructs.

●    Excellent strategic management skills, cross-functional communication & influencing skills.

●    Deep business acumen and demonstrated experience in leading complex teams.

●    Highly aware of new technologies and emerging global service delivery trends.

●    Excellent commercial background.

●    Attention to details and ability to deliver through others to achieve business objectives.

●    Experience in merchant payment, Acquiring Business Commercial Management, Previous Experience in activities consumer finance merchant is a plus.
