Oversee the comprehensive annual budgeting process and provide detailed, rolling financial forecasts. Design, implement, and audit internal control systems to safeguard all assets. Advise the executive team on significant capital expenditure (CapEx) projects (e.g., renovations, new construction) and evaluate all investment opportunities. Present consolidated, high-level financial reports to the Board of Directors. Lead complex variance analysis and provide strategic insights. Mentor and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team, including Finance Managers and Controllers. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting from a reputable university. CPA or equivalent professional designation (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) is a plus Minimum of 20 years of relevant experience in hospitality or similar industry, 5+ years of which specifically as a Leader. Proven ability to link financial performance to operational execution and drive profitability in a high-volume, dynamic environment. Exceptional ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial executives and external stakeholders (banks, auditors).
