Expanding the client base, which includes sourcing new international clients, distributors, and partners, as well as new HORECA accounts (hotels, restaurants, cafes, etc.).
Planning and reviewing budgets for product ranges and managing the profit and loss for the assigned segments.
Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
Negotiating prices, payment terms, and contract conditions to secure profitable agreements.
Acting as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations, ensuring effective solutions are provided promptly.
Conducting regular client visits (locally and internationally) to understand their specific needs for products and offer personalized solutions.
Managing the complete export sales cycle, from initial lead generation to final shipment and post-sale support.
Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, customs clearance, and required documentation (e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists, licenses).
Coordinating closely with internal teams (production, logistics, marketing, operations) to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery according to agreed specifications and schedules.
Troubleshooting any issues that may slow down or hamper the export procedures and activities.
Monitoring sales performance against set targets and preparing regular, detailed reports for management.
Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to position the company's products effectively and identify areas for growth.
Participating in international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and build professional networks.
Maintaining in-depth knowledge of the company's products, their features, benefits, and value propositions.
Gathering customer feedback and providing insights to the product development team for potential improvements or new product ideas.
Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
An MBA in International Business or Marketing is preferred.
Proven experience in export sales, preferably within the HORECA or food service industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills are essential.
In-depth understanding of export documentation, customs, and international trade compliance.
