Apply for this job Basic information Job role Administration Career level Management (6-10 years) Keywords Administration Manager - Construction Description Direct the daily administrative and facility operations at the company's Headquarters and ensure smooth support services across all active regional project sites. Oversee office maintenance, security, cleaning services, space planning, utilities, and office safety to maintain a professional and safe working environment. Manage leases, insurance policies, and facility contracts for HQ, branch offices, and project site facilities (such as engineer accommodation camps and site offices). Coordinate logistics and administrative arrangements for site engineers, staff, and visitors, including business travel, lodging, transportation, and catering services. Ensure site offices are fully equipped with required furniture, office automation, utilities, and daily consumable supplies prior to project mobilization. Manage corporate communication systems, mail/courier distribution networks, and document storage/archiving protocols. Liaise with Egyptian government authorities, municipalities, traffic departments, labor offices, and utility providers to obtain necessary permits, licenses, and official documentation. Manage corporate vehicle licensing, official paperwork, and commercial registry renewals in coordination with legal counsel. Ensure company facilities and operations comply with local labor, health, and administrative regulations across Egypt. Manage relationships and negotiate contracts with administrative vendors, service providers, security firms, and utility companies. Supervise the procurement of office supplies, stationery, furniture, and administrative equipment, driving cost-efficiency without compromising quality. Review and approve admin-related invoices, ensuring proper budget allocation and alignment with financial policies. Lead, mentor, and evaluate the administrative staff, including office assistants, receptionists, drivers, government relations specialists (Mandoob), and security personnel. Develop, manage, and monitor the annual Administrative Department budget, implementing cost-control strategies to eliminate waste. Establish and enforce standardized Administrative Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all company branches and sites. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Law, or a related field from a reputable university. Minimum 10 years of progressive administrative management experience Understanding of Egyptian government procedures, labor office protocols, licensing regulations, and local vendor networks. Proficient in ERP administrative modules (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo), MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and modern office technology. Native Arabic and fluency in English.
