Review project drawings, coordinates, benchmarks, and survey data before execution. Establish and verify control points, reference levels, coordinates, and benchmarks on site. Carry out setting-out works and verify locations, levels, dimensions, and alignments. Check contractors’ surveying works and ensure compliance with approved drawings and project requirements. Conduct as-built surveys and verify completed works against approved designs. Coordinate with architectural, structural, infrastructure, MEP, and site teams. Prepare survey reports, records, sketches, and supporting documentation. Identify discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions and report them to the project team. Ensure surveying activities meet required accuracy, quality, and safety standards. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Surveying Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a relevant field from a reputable university. Minimum 6 years of experience in surveying and site supervision. Strong experience with Total Station, GPS/GNSS, Auto Level, and other surveying equipment. Good knowledge of AutoCAD and surveying software. Strong understanding of coordinates, levels, setting-out, and as-built surveying. Ability to read and interpret construction and infrastructure drawings. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Previous experience with major building, infrastructure, or hospitality projects is preferred.
