Description

1. Brand Strategy & Positioning:

  • Define and execute the annual and multi-year brand plans in alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Shape the brand identity, messaging, and visual guidelines across all consumer touchpoints (packaging, retail showrooms, trade exhibitions, and digital channels).
  • Conduct regular market research, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior studies to identify market gaps, pricing opportunities, and emerging design trends (e.g., minimalist, heritage, or modern geometric collections).

2. Product Portfolio Management & NPI (New Product Introduction):

  • Collaborate closely with the Industrial Design, R&D, and Production teams to guide new collection development based on consumer insights.
  • Lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, ensuring timely coordination of production, packaging, sales enablement, and marketing collateral.
  • Manage the lifecycle of existing product lines, identifying rationalization opportunities or redesign needs.

3. 360-Degree Marketing Campaigns & Digital Presence:

  • Design and execute high-impact local and regional campaigns across digital media, print, out-of-home (OOH), and PR.
  • Oversee the brand's digital ecosystem, including the website, social media channels, and e-commerce platforms to drive direct-to-consumer (D2C) engagement.
  • Partner with interior designers, lifestyle influencers, and culinary experts in Egypt to build authentic brand advocacy.

4. Trade Marketing & B2B/HORECA Support:

  • Support the Sales and Export teams with tailored B2B brand assets, catalogs, and POS (Point of Sale) materials for distributors, retail partners, and showroom networks in Egypt and export regions.
  • Plan and execute presence at key national and international trade fairs (e.g., local home decor exhibitions, Ambiente in Germany, or regional hospitality shows in Dubai).

5. Financial & Performance Management:

  • Manage and optimize the annual brand marketing budget, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI).
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including brand awareness, market share, marketing campaign ROI, and brand profitability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Fine Arts, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • 3-5+ years of progressive experience in brand management, within manufacturing, home decor, or consumer durables.
  • Proven experience in porcelain, ceramics, tableware, or high-end home furnishings is strongly preferred.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic are mandatory. 
  • Strong understanding of P&L management, pricing strategies, and volume-to-value growth drivers.
  • A keen appreciation for industrial design, color trends, home decor aesthetics, and premium packaging.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects (from factory floor to retail shelf) on strict timelines.
  • Exceptional skills in brief-writing and managing creative, media, and PR agencies to deliver top-tier output.
  • Deep understanding of the Egyptian retail landscape, consumer purchasing habits across socioeconomic classes, and regional export channels.
