Commercial Strategy & Market Expansion: Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial roadmap to drive sales growth, brand positioning, and profitability in the HORECA sector. Identify and secure high-value long-term supply agreements with luxury hotel chains, megaprojects (e.g., North Coast, Red Sea, New Capital developments), and major restaurant groups. Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to guide product development, pricing strategies, and custom-design offerings. 2. Business Development & Key Account Management: Leverage personal networks to open doors with key hospitality developers, culinary directors, purchasing syndicates, and procurement managers. Directly oversee high-stakes negotiations, custom porcelain design requests, and complex contract bidding (Tenders & RFPs). Position our local manufacturing capabilities as a competitive advantage (faster lead times, customizable designs, and cost efficiency compared to imports). 3. Team Leadership & Sales Enablement: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing HORECA sales team, setting clear KPIs, pipelines, and performance metrics. Foster a highly collaborative sales culture, ensuring the team is equipped with deep technical knowledge of porcelain durability, thermal properties, and hospitality standards. 4. Cross-Functional Alignment: Work hand-in-hand with the Manufacturing and R&D teams to communicate market demands, trend shifts (e.g., matte finishes, organic shapes), and volume forecasts to ensure smooth production planning. Collaborate with the Supply Chain & Logistics teams to guarantee seamless, on-time delivery of massive project orders, minimizing delays for hotel opening timelines. Partner with Finance to manage commercial credit terms, collection cycles, and maintain healthy profit margins. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field from a reputable university. 15+ years of progressive sales/commercial experience. Proven experience in international markets, preferably Europe and GCC. Proven commercial track record in premium tableware, commercial kitchenware, glassware, hospitality supply, or building materials targeting the HORECA sector is strongly preferred. Strong negotiation and closing skills for large-scale enterprise contracts. Strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, margin optimization, and P&L management). Deep understanding of the hotel opening lifecycle and procurement timelines. Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic are mandatory.
