Ensure exact landed cost calculations for 5,000+ electrical SKUs by accurately auditing factory invoice pricing, ocean freight, customs duties, and SABER registration fees. Multi-Site Financial Reporting: Consolidate, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for the entire Saudi network to corporate senior leadership. KSA Tax & Regulatory Compliance: Oversee compliance with Saudi General Authority of Zakat, Tax and Customs (ZATCA) regulations, managing strict compliance with Saudi VAT filing and Phase 2 E-Invoicing integration workflows. Working Capital & Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow requirements across Saudi operations, managing accounts payable (for international manufacturers and local 3PL freight forwarders) and accounts receivable (from B2B contracting projects). Internal Controls & ERP System Integrity: Maintain, update, and audit financial data structures within the corporate ERP system, establishing rigid internal controls to prevent revenue leakage or stock variance discrepancies. Requirements 3–6 years of experience as a Sales Analyst, Commercial Analyst, or Business Intelligence Specialist, ideally supporting a retail or B2B distribution network. Advanced expertise in data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau) and expert-level capabilities in Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Macro models). Demonstrated ability to translate complex, messy numbers into clear, structured, and scannable commercial insights for leadership. Prior experience supporting the Saudi or Gulf markets remotely is highly preferred, as they must understand Gulf commercial cycles.
