Apply for this job Basic information Job role Designer Career level Entry Level (0-2 years) Keywords Instructional Designer - Designer - Human Development Description Develop new solutions upon customer’s needs based on existing and new modules. Provide the Instructional Design library with new videos, exercises, and activities. Author, proofread, and edit new and existing material maintaining clarity, appropriateness, and persuasiveness of the material. Ensure knowledge about all newly developed material (modules/methodologies/exercises...etc) are transferred to the company's trainers/Technical advisors. Running focus groups and facilitating workshops to the company's trainers/facilitators in accordance with the company's Quality/Q-Academy plans. Supporting business growth as need. Advising business growth with expertise needed for clients’ needs assessment. Ensure clients receive technical support when deemed appropriate. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Applied Arts, or any related field from a reputable university. 1-3 years of experience. Excellent writing and communication skills. Fluency in English and Arabic. Experience in Instructional Design. Ability to understand complex material and to explain technical concepts clearly, and logically. High business sense and understanding of field requirements and development principles. Digitally enabled (Microsoft Office Suite of tools as a minimum).
