Executive Assistant - Executive Committee

- Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments, ensuring optimal use of time.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including visas, itineraries, and accommodations.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing materials.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the executive committee and internal/external stakeholders.
- Screen and prioritize communications, including emails, calls, and messages.
- Ensure timely follow-up on action items and key deliverables.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
- Support in project coordination and tracking strategic initiatives.
- Organize board and executive meetings when required.
- Anticipate needs and proactively address them.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field from a reputable university.
- 5–10 years of experience in a similar executive support role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Fluent English written and spoken.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
