Lead the instructional design function and ensure the development of effective, practical, and high-quality learning solutions.
Manage and guide the work of the Instructional Designer and the Solution Assembler.
Assign priorities, follow up on progress, review deliverables, and ensure timely completion of instructional design and material assembly tasks.
Design or oversee the design of customized learning solutions based on client needs, business objectives, audience profile, and required competencies.
Translate client needs and Business Growth input into clear program outlines, learning journeys, methodologies, and practical learning activities.
Oversee the development and customization of training material, including presentations, facilitation notes, participant material, exercises, case studies, role plays, assessments, tools, and job aids.
Ensure that training material is clear, accurate, engaging, trainer-ready, and aligned with the company's quality standards.
Review and approve assembled material, including outlines, presentations, handouts, manuals, tools, surveys, translated material, visuals, and updated program files.
Ensure proper organization, updating, and version control of learning material, program files, and the company's Solution Architect library.
Ensure that newly developed or customized material is properly transferred to trainers, facilitators, and technical advisors.
Conduct or supervise knowledge transfer sessions, technical briefings, focus groups, and workshops for trainers/facilitators when needed.
Support Business Growth in client meetings, needs analysis discussions, proposal development, and technical presentations when required.
Provide technical input to ensure proposed learning solutions are relevant, practical, and aligned with client requirements.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Business Growth, Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, and facilitators, to ensure smooth preparation and delivery of training material.
Review and improve existing programs based on client feedback, trainer feedback, quality observations, and changing business needs.
Coach and develop direct reports to improve their instructional design, material assembly, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Human Resources, Instructional Design, Communication, or any relevant field from a reputable university.
5+years of experience.
Proven experience in instructional design, learning solution design, training content development, or corporate learning and development.
Previous experience in guiding or supervising team members is preferred.
Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning, and workplace learning.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Ability to understand client needs and translate them into clear learning objectives, program outlines, and practical training solutions.
Ability to develop and review training material, including presentations, facilitation notes, participant material, activities, case studies, assessments, tools, and job aids.
Good business sense and ability to understand field requirements, client context, and professional development needs.
Strong planning and organizing skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
Good presentation and client-facing skills.
High attention to detail, content accuracy, logical flow, and quality standards.
Experience in sales, customer experience, leadership, service, or soft skills training is a plus.
Familiarity with design or presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, InDesign, Illustrator, Prezi, or similar tools is a plus.
