- Define and document motion standards for the entire product. Micro-interactions, transitions, loading states, and feedback moments across app and web.
- Design and deliver 3D assets for both product UI and marketing. Icons, illustrations, hero visuals, and campaign materials.
- Build and hand off production-ready motion in Rive for engineering implementation.
- Work closely with product designers to elevate interaction quality and ensure motion is applied consistently.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure motion is implemented accurately and performantly.
- Work within and enhance the existing Company's brand — bringing greater depth, polish, and consistency across all touchpoints.
- Own the visual output for external and internal communications including social media, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Set standards, guidelines, and references that enable every designer at the company to apply motion and 3D consistently.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped motion design across both product and marketing contexts.
- Rive experience is mandatory — you must be able to build and hand off production-ready animations.
- Proficiency in 3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender, Spline, or equivalent).
- Comfortable using AI tools and workflows to generate and enhance 3D visuals and video.
- Deep understanding of motion principles and how they apply to UI — not just decorative animation.
- Ability to translate motion and 3D work into clear standards and guidelines other designers can follow.
- Strong collaboration skills — able to work directly with both designers and engineers.
- Respect for established brand systems with the instinct to enhance rather than reinvent.
