Description

Business Development & Sales Growth:
• Identify, target, and secure new B2B clients across KSA and GCC markets.
• Build and maintain a robust, qualified sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Drive end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closing deals.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with business objectives.


Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
• Engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers to understand business needs.
• Deliver consultative sales by proposing tailored solutions that address client challenges.
• Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and account growth.


Market Expansion & Insights:
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs within KSA & GCC.
• Identify new market opportunities and recommend go-to-market strategies.
• Provide regular feedback to leadership on regional performance and opportunities.


Remote Sales Execution:
• Effectively manage and grow the GCC market remotely from Egypt.
• Leverage digital tools and virtual engagement methods to maintain strong client connections.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.


Performance & Reporting:
• Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting.
• Track and report on key performance metrics and business outcomes.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success in selling into the Saudi (KSA) market.
  • Experience in consultative or solution-based selling (preferably within L&D, consulting, or professional services).
  • Strong capability in pipeline generation and new business development.
  • Experience in remote sales and managing regional markets.
  • Strong business development and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and translate client needs into solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking with a hands-on execution mindset.
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and resilience.
  • Ability to work independently.
