- Act as a dedicated advisor to corporate employees, guiding them through the educational loan process from initial inquiry to disbursement.
- Conduct on-site and virtual seminars, "Lunch & Learn" sessions, and help-desk kiosks at partner corporate offices to build awareness.
- Manage a high volume of leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining a high conversion rate.
- Evaluate the financial needs and educational goals of applicants to recommend the most suitable loan products and repayment structures.
- Work closely with the Credit and Operations teams to ensure a seamless documentation process and a stellar "Time-to-Yes" for the customer.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related major from a reputable university.
- Minimum 6 Months of experience in B2C sales, preferably in banking, FinTech, or relevant industries.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A positive attitude toward hitting monthly disbursement targets.
