- Develop and execute the HR strategy aligned with the bank’s business goals and growth plans.
- Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee programs compliant with CBE regulations and Egyptian labor law.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies, including the hiring of leadership and operational teams.
- Lead performance management, career development, and succession planning initiatives.
- Ensure competitive compensation and benefits structures aligned with market standards and internal policies.
- Promote a positive organizational culture, employee engagement, and internal communication.
- Partner with senior leadership to support change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
- Ensure HR systems and processes are efficient, scalable, and secure.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare regular reports for the executive
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role within banking or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of CBE HR regulations, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent management, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and organizational development skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment and drive HR initiatives from the ground up.
