Collaborate with engineering teams to improve machine reliability and efficiency. Manage spare parts inventory and procurement to avoid downtime. Optimize maintenance costs through effective planning and resource allocation. Evaluate and approve vendor contracts for maintenance services. Drive initiatives to reduce breakdowns and improve equipment performance. Support capital projects and equipment upgrades. Manage and control the yearly budget for his department. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or a related field from a reputable university. 4-6 years of experience in a related or similar role, preferably in FMCG.
