2- Implementing action plans:
Direct supervision, review, and approval of legal procedures related to registration and documentation work concerning powers of attorney required from the Chairman of the Board.
Monitoring relevant laws and regulations that affect registration and publication procedures.
Direct supervision of the review and drafting of agreements and protocols drawn up between the bank and other entities.
Direct supervision of subordinates to ensure the completion of assigned tasks and duties.
Preparing a periodic report that includes what has been accomplished, what has not been accomplished, the reasons for this, obstacles to workflow, proposed solutions, the department's work plan for the future, and what the department needs to improve its work.
3- Working to ensure quality, smooth workflow and improve performance:
Direct supervision and coordination of work with subordinates, guiding them and providing them with technical support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the general administration.
Field follow-up; organizing the necessary records and books for work in the general administration.
Working to resolve obstacles and continuously monitoring workflow to ensure the achievement of the General Administration's objectives.
Developing proposals to improve work methods in a way that ensures efficient workflow and the achievement of the goals set for the general administration.
4- Competency development:
Preparing performance evaluation reports for employees in the general administration, identifying the training and development aspects required to improve and enhance performance.
Preparing a second tier of leaders in public administration and working on their development.
Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university; professional legal qualifications preferred.
