Review customers’ guarantees and ensure that our bank’s rights are preserved in these guarantees (checks – insurance policies). Prepare, review, and draft all contracts to which our bank is a party. Handle all procedures related to the Real Estate Registry, including the registration of the bank’s asset ownership. Handle all procedures related to the Commercial Registry. Provide legal opinions regarding account opening documents and determine who has the authority to operate the account. Provide legal opinions regarding powers of attorney issued by clients and the extent to which transactions may be conducted under them. Distribute estates and provide legal opinions on all matters related to estates and inheritance. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Law - English section from a reputable university. 2-4 Years of experience. Fluency in English & Arabic is a must.
