Assist the senior product manager in managing the CASA portfolio balance / Income statements such as revenues, expenses, losses and provisions , etc.
Formulate business plans and profitability targets based on through analysis of each product potential.
Considering the impact of product pricing and channel cost for each customer segment.
Close monitoring & liaison with consumer banking sales channels such as Branches, direct sales, digital banking & tele sales to ensure that the product sales/service strategies & goals are met.
Developing sales channels incentive schemes ensuring that performance score cards serves the consumer banking group strategies.
Develop the business cases with necessary market assessment information, current market practices, product offerings, competition strategies, sales channels and risk mitigate.
Monitoring cross sell targets results to ensure increasing the number of products per customer thus increasing the profitability per customer & mitigate customers attritions.
Liaise with change, Operations & Technology teams for development of processes, infrastructure and IT capability.
Liaise with Finance Planning & Analytics for developing and maintaining the detailed product profitability reports.
Ensure up to date knowledge is kept about developing technologies and implemented as appropriate.
Provide ongoing training & coaching to front liners on new/existing products features & sales technique.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (English section) from a reputable university.
Fresh graduates are welcomed up to 5 years' experience in retail banking.
