  • Campaign Management: Planning, implementing, and coordinating marketing campaigns (email, social media, events) to increase brand awareness.
  • Digital & Content Marketing: Managing social media channels, updating websites, and creating, editing, and proofreading content (blogs, flyers, newsletters).
  • Research & Analysis: Monitoring competitor activity, analyzing market trends, and utilizing data to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Coordination & Collaboration: Working with designers, printers, and sales teams to produce promotional materials and ensure brand consistency.
  • Administrative Duties: Managing marketing budgets, updating databases, and preparing reports on campaign performance. 
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • 2–3 years of relevant marketing experience.
  • Previous experience in a corporate or B2B environment is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in planning, coordinating, and executing events and expos.
  • Ability to manage end-to-end event activities (vendors, timelines, logistics, internal coordination).
  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns linked to events and exhibitions.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Ability to prepare basic marketing content such as event briefs, emails, and presentations.
  • Comfortable coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines, especially during event periods.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
  • Understanding of basic marketing principles and brand positioning.
  • Experience working with marketing collaterals (brochures, flyers, giveaways).
  • Familiarity with coordinating social media or post-event reporting is a plus.
  • Proactive and hands-on mindset.
  • Strong teamwork and coordination abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with CRM or lead tracking from events.
  • Basic reporting or post-event analysis experience is a plus.
  • Exposure to digital marketing and performance marketing.
