- Campaign Management: Planning, implementing, and coordinating marketing campaigns (email, social media, events) to increase brand awareness.
- Digital & Content Marketing: Managing social media channels, updating websites, and creating, editing, and proofreading content (blogs, flyers, newsletters).
- Research & Analysis: Monitoring competitor activity, analyzing market trends, and utilizing data to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Coordination & Collaboration: Working with designers, printers, and sales teams to produce promotional materials and ensure brand consistency.
- Administrative Duties: Managing marketing budgets, updating databases, and preparing reports on campaign performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field from a reputable university.
- 2–3 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Previous experience in a corporate or B2B environment is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in planning, coordinating, and executing events and expos.
- Ability to manage end-to-end event activities (vendors, timelines, logistics, internal coordination).
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns linked to events and exhibitions.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Ability to prepare basic marketing content such as event briefs, emails, and presentations.
- Comfortable coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines, especially during event periods.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
- Understanding of basic marketing principles and brand positioning.
- Experience working with marketing collaterals (brochures, flyers, giveaways).
- Familiarity with coordinating social media or post-event reporting is a plus.
- Proactive and hands-on mindset.
- Strong teamwork and coordination abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with CRM or lead tracking from events.
- Basic reporting or post-event analysis experience is a plus.
- Exposure to digital marketing and performance marketing.
