- Visual Asset Production: Create layouts, illustrations, logos, and photos for print and digital media (social media, websites, ads, brochures).
- Brand Alignment: Maintaining and evolving visual identity guidelines across all creative outputs.
- Collaboration: Working with marketing, copywriting, and product teams to align on creative strategy.
- Project Management: Managing multiple projects, setting timelines, and meeting deadlines.
- Revisions & Finalization: Incorporating feedback, amending designs, and preparing high-quality, final files for print or digital production.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field from a reputable university.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating corporate and marketing work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Experience with print production (brochures, flyers, banners, roll-ups, booth visuals).
- Basic understanding of digital assets (social media posts, email banners, presentations).
- Knowledge of file preparation for printing (bleeds, color modes, resolution).
- Experienced with Canva or presentation design.
- Proven experience working with brand guidelines and brand identities.
- Ability to maintain consistency across all marketing collaterals.
- Experience in B2B or corporate environments is a strong plus.
- Experience designing for expos, events, and trade shows.
- Familiarity with large-format designs (backdrops, booth panels, signage).
- Ability to work under tight deadlines during event cycles.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication and ability to take feedback.
- Time management and prioritization skills.
- Basic motion or video skills (After Effects) is a plus.
