Description

1.  Strategic Solution Leadership:

  • Define and evolve the integrated solutions strategy aligned with the company's Business objectives and market demands.
  • Ensure solution portfolios (ICT, connectivity, cloud, cybersecurity, digital transformation services) are competitive, scalable, and commercially viable.
  • Drive long-term roadmap planning for integrated offerings.
  • Act as a senior technical/business advisor to customers and internal stakeholders on value-driven solution design.

2. End-to-End Delivery:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation and delivery of multi-disciplinary solutions, ensuring they meet customer expectations, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • Oversee quality assurance, risk mitigation, and performance monitoring across delivery teams.
  • Collaborate with service delivery, project management, and engineering functions for seamless execution.

3. Business Growth & Customer Success:

  • Drive revenue growth through solution optimization, customer engagement, and expansion of services across existing accounts.
  • Cultivate deep relationships with enterprise clients, C-level sponsors, and stakeholders.
  • Support pre-sales solution positioning, RFP responses, and commercial negotiations.
  • Coordinate with sales and product teams to tailor solutions to market needs. 

4. Cross-Functional Leadership:

  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives.
  • Lead integrated teams and initiatives across units like Service Delivery, Solution Architecture, Product Management, and Customer Support. 

5. Governance, Standards & Best Practices:

  • Establish and enforce consistent methodologies, governance frameworks, and best practices across integrated solutions portfolios.
  • Ensure that solutions comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., ITIL, cybersecurity frameworks).
  • Monitor market trends and competitive offers to inform continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
  • 10+ years in ICT/technology solutions leadership, enterprise sales, or service delivery roles.
  • Proven track record in managing complex solution portfolios and high-value enterprise accounts.
  • Deep understanding of systems integration, cloud services, networking, cybersecurity, and digital transformation technologies.
  • Familiarity with IT/telecom service delivery frameworks (e.g., ITIL, PMBOK, Agile).
  • Strong commercial acumen, including ability to drive P&L performance and growth.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across technical and business audiences — including C-suite clients.
