Description

1.ERP & Automation Support:
• Provide day-to-day support for the ERP system (users, data, basic configurations).
• Coordinate with ERP vendors or consultants for enhancements, fixes, and upgrades.
• Support simple automation initiatives (workflows, reports, dashboards).
• Ensure data accuracy and proper system usage across departments.
2. Basic IT Support:
• Provide first-level IT support for staff (hardware, software, email, access issues).
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and basic system security.
• Troubleshoot common technical issues and escalate when needed.
3. AI Tools Enablement:
• Introduce and support the use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, automation tools) in daily work.
• Help teams use AI for tasks such as content creation, reporting, analysis, planning, and productivity.
• Create simple guidelines and best practices for safe and effective AI usage.
• Support teams in identifying where AI can save time and improve quality.
4. Digital Transformation Support:
• Work closely with management to support digital and process improvement initiatives.
• Help document processes and suggest technology-based improvements.
• Support training and onboarding of staff on systems and tools.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or any related field from a reputable university.
  • 2–5 years in IT support, ERP support, or technology operations.
  • Basic to intermediate experience with ERP systems (ERPNext, Odoo, or similar is a plus).
  • General IT support knowledge (Windows, Office tools, email systems, basic networking).
  • Familiarity with automation tools, reporting tools, or low-code platforms (preferred).
  • Strong interest and hands-on ability with AI tools (ChatGPT, AI assistants, automation tools).
  • Strong problem-solving and support mindset.
  • Ability to explain technology in simple, non-technical language.
  • Organized, reliable, and service-oriented.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
