- Work with sales, technology, compliance, and marketing teams to deliver products.
- Align product development with operational and technical capabilities.
- Manage the full lifecycle of products, from ideation to retirement.
- Continuously update products to adapt to market needs and regulatory changes.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable university; MBA is preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in retail banking, product management, ideally in digital banking or financial services.
- Strong understanding of customer behavior and fintech trends.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and lifecycle management.
