Description
  • Customer Acquisition: Conduct daily outdoor visits, cold calls, and networking to find and secure new clients for banking products.
  • Sales & Promotion: Actively promote and sell accounts, credit cards, personal/auto loans, and other financial services.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Needs Assessment: Understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, field visits, and market trends.
  • Compliance: Adhere strictly to banking policies, procedures, and regulations (AML, KYC).
  • Credit Risk: Evaluate potential clients for creditworthiness and manage loan portfolios, ensuring timely repayments.
  • Internal Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments for seamless service. 
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field from a reputable university.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, social skills, negotiation, data entry, multitasking, and problem-solving.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcomed, till1 year of sales experience, especially in banking or financial services, is often preferred.
