Description
  • Prepare, monitor, and follow up on production schedules, setting priorities based on confirmed customer orders and delivery commitments.
  • Coordinate closely with the Sales team regarding new orders, order status, and delivery timelines.
  • Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished lighting products to ensure availability and avoid production delays.
  • Coordinate with workshops, factories, and production teams to ensure manufacturing activities align with the approved production plan.
  • Track and follow up on delivery schedules and, where applicable, installation activities at customer or project sites.
  • Generate and maintain regular operational and production reports for management review.
  • Identify and address operational issues, delays, or bottlenecks, and communicate corrective actions with concerned teams.
  • Ensure accurate documentation for sales orders, delivery notes, and production records.
  • Support continuous improvement of sales operations processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
     
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • Proven experience in sales operations, production coordination, or order management, preferably within the lighting or manufacturing industry.
  • 2–5 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of production planning, inventory control, and supply chain coordination.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
