Sales Operations & Documentation
- Prospect, qualify, and close new businesses within assigned networks.
- Conduct regular visits to customers to analyze their needs.
- Identify and generate new sales leads.
- Answer client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.
- Issue approved quotations to customers and follow up until closure.
System & Data Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service through continuous communication, follow-up, and problem-solving.
Product Expertise & Training
- Develop technical knowledge of company products and competitive offerings.
Reporting & Administration
- Manage collections for his own accounts with collection department.
- Prepare weekly report and give feedback to sales manager on market status and high demand products.
Update their own customers’ database and submit it to sales manager on monthly basis.
- Bachelor’s degree in science or a related field from a reputable university.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in laboratory equipment or pharmaceuticals.
- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to learn the product details.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to travel regularly within assigned territory; valid driver’s license required.
- Strong relationship management.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Time management and ability to work under pressure.
- Problem-solving and proactive attitude.
- Strong business understanding and commercial awareness.
