Establish and maintain a robust pipeline of commercial and infrastructure lighting projects. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in sectors like commercial, industrial, and infrastructure. Collaborate with marketing and product development to align offerings with market demand. Oversee proposal development, bidding processes, and tender submissions. Negotiate contracts and ensure they meet technical and profitability standards. Conduct site visits and client meetings as needed. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings. Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, developers, and key decision-makers. Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring profitability and compliance with technical requirements. Maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities and ensure timely follow-ups. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Provide feedback to internal teams on market needs, product improvements, and customer requirements. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Electrical Engineering, or a related major from a reputable university. 2-4 or 5-7 years of experience in a B2B engineering field. Proven expertise in leading sales teams and delivering results in a B2B project-based environment. Has Relationship with Electrical or Architecture Consultants (is a must).
