• Manage development process from project conceptualization and planning to the launch of that project throughout development briefs and high-level schedules.

• Set the development strategic plans to specify project target on long & short terms.

• Responsible for the financial integrity of the preliminary feasibility studies and Development of business case for identified projects undertaken by the company.

• Manage annual budget & cash flow and schedule monitoring in conjunction with business development & business analysis department.

• Assess and identify potential investment opportunities and evaluation of proposed projects and identify opportunities/risks in coordination with the business development department.

• Manage project’s costs and prospect revenues.

• Monitor project progress and report development review programs.

• Ensure that costs and timeline are complied with business plan and original designs to ensure adherence to time, cost and quality requirements.

• Coordinate with different departments to ensure quality, cost, and time.

• Manage Pre-bid Meetings, reviewing of request for proposals and bid issuing, monitor tender evaluation and awarding, till the completion of scope.

• Manage and participate in follow-up with local and international consultants of the design process throughout the different design stages (conceptual, schematic, and architectural)

• Manage the preparation of requested documents, complying with regulations and the negotiations with the concerned local authorities for the official approvals. • Manage the production of periodical progress reports.

Bachelor's degree in Construction or a related major from a reputable university.

Minimum of 20 years of experience in a related field.

Proven experience in building project strategies and other related skills.

Fluency in English is a must.

Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
