  Description

  • Serving as the single point of coordination for all Facilitator-related matters.   
  •  Managing internal and external communication relevant to Facilitators, including HR, finance, administration, and policy updates.
  •  Leading and coordinating outsourced projects and committees (e.g. Quality Visits Committee, Technical Support Committee)
  •  Creating and maintaining a structured and categorized market platform for Facilitators’ database.
  •  Managing the end-to-end onboarding journey for Facilitators: shortlisting, demos, observations, train-the-trainer (TTT) sessions, dry runs, and final delivery approvals.
  •  Designing, implementing, and continuously refining a performance management system for Facilitators.
  •  Collecting and analyzing feedback from clients, participants, and internal stakeholders (Planning & Commercial teams) to feed into performance improvement.
  • • Scheduling and co-conducting monthly quality visits with relevant stakeholders.
  •  Organizing and leading TOK sessions (Transfer of Knowledge) for Facilitator development and consistency in delivery.
  • Collaborating with Planning and Client Relations to develop monthly observation and delivery schedules.
  • Maintaining well-designed, updated Facilitator Profiles for internal and client’ use.
  •  Updating and refining all Facilitator-related policies and guidelines in alignment with company Controls.
  •  Conducting proper feedback sessions for Facilitators; positive and constructive, along with supporting Facilitators in designing their own personal development plans (PDPs).

  Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or relevant major from a reputable university.

Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role.

Proven organizational and project management skills.

Experience in facilitation or training delivery is a strong advantage.

Fluency in English is a must.

Excellent communication and decision making skills.
