  Description

Legislative compliance

•  Responsible for ensuring all Company Licenses are up to date

•  Ensuring smooth, compliance, and efficient interactions with official organizations as well as any other semi-government institution.

Government liaison

•  Managing the labor and immigration directly with government offices and management on various legal issues.

•  Maintaining good relationship with government departments and agencies.

Employee’s support  

•  Preparing and processing the paperwork and relevant applications for acquiring new visas and work permits for employees and their families.

•  Cancellations of Visa’s and work permits for existing employees. (Both in English and in Arabic)

•  Support expat employees with house hunting, transportation and children schooling.

•  Assisting HR management in employee relation issues.

General Administration

•  Keeping track of all the employee legal documents and ensuring all administrative duties are kept up to date and legally compliant.

•  Producing relevant reports as and when required.

•  Assisting in any other day to day office administration.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or any relevant major from a reputable university.
  • 5 years’ experience in similar job with strong experience with govt. organizations and embassies.
  • Arranging Business / Commercial License registration and renewals.
  • Experience in Office Suite.
  • Dealing with Ministry of Labor / Immigration and other Government Bodies.
  • Experience in obtaining Visa Quota.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
