Description
- Work in coordination with different project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans using a structured methodology to apply the change management activities and tools.
- Coordinate with responsible Project Managers and different stakeholders within the organization to collect information and data required to identify the resistance measures to create suitable Change Management Plans.
- Assess how organizational change will impact people, processes, and technology in coordination with the direct manager.
- Create communication campaigns that deliver clear and consistent messaging about the changes and their benefits in coordination with the direct manager.
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
- Create and implement different Change Management Plans, such as communication plans, coaching plans, training plans, etc., for complex and high-level projects in coordination with the direct manager.
- Develop and handle the required training materials and sessions in coordination with the direct Manager and the concerned Business Lines.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance change initiatives.
- Collect data and conduct necessary analysis to measure the impact and the Change Management results.
- Spread the seamless change culture within the organization, and act as a professional in Change Management techniques.
- Act as an advocate for employees impacted by the change and provide the necessary support during the project implementation.
- Think outside of the box and identify creative means to meet resistance and ensure an efficient and sustainable change management that increases benefits, results, and outcomes.

- Assist in the implementation of different Change Management Plans, such as communication plans, coaching plans, training plans, etc., for complex and high-level projects. 16. Assist in developing the required training materials in coordination with the Project Manager and concerned Business Lines and stakeholders.
- Adopt all policies and procedures to guarantee that the bank’s business is conducted in compliance with Local Laws, Internal rules, and regulations, as well as International Standards.
- Ensure the correct functioning and implementation of the Permanent Supervision, Compliance and Money Laundering, Operational Risk, and Workplace Success Guidelines whenever and wherever possible.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration/economics with a grade of Very Good/Excellent (Equivalent to a GPA of 3.5 or higher), Change Management Certification is a plus.
- Relevant experience is a must, with a banking background.
- An understanding of how people go through change. Knowledge of Change Management principles, methodologies & tools.
- Ability to articulate messages to a variety of audiences and influence others.
- Good Leadership & teamwork skills.
- Good presentation & quality-oriented skills.
- Very good knowledge of PC applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet research skills).
- Very Ambitious young personality, self-starter, enthusiast, fast learner, and committed to a continuous improvement & innovation culture.
- Hard worker (Demonstrated in the academic & professional background).
