Description
- Set specific standards for documenting risks to educational assets.
- Ensure that employees are equipped to manage responsibilities and tasks assigned to them according to the defined scope.
- Develop a documented standard based on organizational policies to create and maintain a register of cybersecurity risks related to assets.
- Collect information on the likelihood of threats, motives, scenarios of potential attacks, and the expected impact and TTPs (Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures).
- Work on ensuring quality and improving workflow, and performance.
- Identify gaps and assess levels of performance based on work indicators and performance enhancement.
- Monitor security events and analyze digital evidence to identify cyberattacks before they occur.
- Provide periodic reports to higher management on cybersecurity incidents within the organization.
- Review internal investigations and audits, whether conducted internally or externally, and follow up on their implementation.
- Assign responsibilities and follow up on pending tasks and risk reduction opportunities.
- Coordinate efforts to ensure work quality and continuity.
- Participate in committees and meetings held with other departments and relevant external parties.
- Participate in training courses and workshops aimed at developing general management competencies.
- Develop internal systems to evaluate performance and follow up on staff development for improved performance.
- Submit recommendations and observations to senior management for performance improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience.
