- Setting development goals at the department level in line with risk management practices.
- Ensuring staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to perform tasks effectively and responsibly.
- Ensuring the compatibility of programs and plans with the approved strategic direction.
- Following up on implementation and addressing any obstacles or difficulties that arise.
- Reviewing and analyzing internal and external audit reports, and also analyzing risk assessment results.
- Measuring performance quality indicators in terms of frequency, safety, and monitoring.
- Ensuring the application of information security policies to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
- Following up on risks and hazards and taking the necessary legal actions, and reporting incidents.
- Periodically assessing and maintaining performance in accordance with occupational safety standards.
- Monitoring the performance of employees and identifying gaps in information and commitment.
- Keeping records and reports related to performance, risks, and injuries.
- Maintaining communication with relevant external bodies.
- Participating in training courses and general orientation workshops to improve work performance.
- Creating an internal performance assessment system and working on developing it to enhance performance.
- Providing feedback and recommendations to senior management to improve performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience.
