Description
- Responsible for all the organization's premises services, including housekeeping & maintenance.
- Handle all requests & complaints faced by the staff for any facility maintenance service.
- Create a quarterly report on the quality of service of the Facility Management.
- Handle the staff parking logistics.
- Purchase items needed related to maintenance or kitchen supplies.
- Handle the office utilities phone bills, Electricity bill, and water for all the organization's premises and branches.
- Responsible for all the company stationary including preparation of Purchase requisition distribution of the stationery monthly to requester Front Desk
- Meet and greet branch walk-in customers.
- Guide walk-in customers with any needed support.
- Paying the branch's electricity and water bills
- Receiving and delivering any cheques (Some cheques or reimbursement cheques).
- Handle the office administrative work.
- Report any maintenance needed for premises.
- Receive and send daily couriers.
- Report any needed supplies for the office.
- Focal point between the head office and Alex's office for any further coordination needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Presentable.
- Excellent command of English.
- Excellent computer skills, especially in Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and a Proactive person.
- Excellent Problem-Solving skills.
- Excellent Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Customer service orientation.
