- Lead high-stakes advertising campaigns in collaboration with external advertising agencies, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and desired outcomes.
- Assist in reviewing and optimizing media plans developed by media agencies to ensure effectiveness, reach, and budget efficiency.
- Research and stay open to innovative ideas to optimize our communication and increase donations.
- Work on the monthly SMS advertising campaigns, researching best practices to enhance effectiveness and engagement.
- Assist in maintaining communication with partners for current, future, and past partnerships and executing the necessary tasks for successful collaborations.
- Brief and follow up with agencies on design and production of the organization' branding, collaterals, and design needs.
- Attend on-ground events and activations and support operations prior, during, and after the event.
- Research and brainstorm with the team to develop new and interesting ways to engage with the public and media.
- Maintain open communication channels with MarCom team members and other departments, necessary for interrelated tasks and updates.
- Work on budget reports and filing of spending vs donations.
