Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the company's Cash that prioritizes financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Plan and oversee innovative marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and product adoption.
Create detailed development plans and forecast sales targets and growth projections.
Prepare presentations to support business reviews, propose enhancements, and introduce new initiatives.
Manage the complete product lifecycle, including shaping value propositions, assessing competitive positioning, and identifying product requirements for continuous development.
Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including Project Management, Product, Tech, Operations, and Finance teams, to align strategies and achieve shared goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external entities, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment with organizational objectives.

Bachelor's degree in any field from a reputable university.
Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience.
Proven track of experience in growth strategy, business development, and marketing.
Excellent analytical skills with a focus on forecasting and performance analysis.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.
Experience in Mobile Payments and Wallet Management.
